Had a pre- sale home inspection and needed some work done on my circuit breaker box in my garage. The work was completed in about an hour. Unfortunately- due to the age of the home – there were some other issues in the box that was not noted by the inspector, and caused one set of outlets on one circuit to be without power. They came back out and did more work on the box – improving its overall configuration. I’m confident it will pass the Sale inspection when the time comes.
